OUR SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the time frames we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant or required information. The correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

We will ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories may be subject to delays. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the import of the goods will be carried out on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Elegant Group Collections to import the goods on their behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer agrees that Elegant Group Collections may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., a customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time independent of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once the carrier has picked it up from our fulfillment center. Depending on various factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process.

Once your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders may take up to 4 business days, expedited orders may take up to 3 business days, and rush orders may take up to 1 business day to process. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that orders to U.S. destinations may take between 1 and 12 business days from the date of shipment, not necessarily from the date of purchase, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For domestic and international orders within the U.S., we will use USPS or UPS to most locations. Alternate carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipment from elegant-collections.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit or a reshipment. Elegant Group Collections does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as "Delivered" by the carrier and will review each case individually.

Delivery Claims

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the carrier used).

Elegant Group Collections does not assume or accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of them are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the items that are out of stock.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, to protect our #ElegantClub, Elegant Group Collections reserves the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Elegant Group Collections reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Elegant Group Collections reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity due to actions similar to those noted above.
